It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
