Parking is available with fees ranging from $100 for one week to $175 for four weeks, with temporary passes also offered. A welcome package fee of $125 includes one FOB, a lanyard for the FOB, coupons from the café, and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area. Additional FOBs are available for $30 each. Each unit includes two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, and beach towels for your use at the beach. Packages can be delivered to the building for a cost of $7.00 per package. Located just steps from the beautiful Hollywood Beach, the neighborhood surrounding the famous Hollywood Broadwalk offers a lively and relaxing coastal atmosphere. Stretching along 2.5 miles of beachfront, the Broadwalk is lined with charming cafes, unique shops, and outdoor dining options, perfect for soaking in ocean views while enjoying local flavors. This area is ideal for those who love outdoor activities, with options for walking, biking, or rollerblading along the Broadwalk. Family-friendly parks, playgrounds, and green spaces are just a short walk away, providing options for all ages. Evenings here come alive with live music and entertainment from local venues, making it a great destination for a fun and relaxing stay by the beach. The property includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. Guests are required to sign the vacation rental agreement. There is one laundry room per floor, not located inside the apartment, and guests can use these facilities at a cost of $2.50 per load. Reclining beach chairs are available for rent through the beach service and are not included as part of the resort amenities.
