A plush sleeper sofa and cozy chairs invite you to unwind, while a large Smart TV caters to your entertainment needs. The dining room, a harmonious extension of the living room, sets the scene for memorable meals. The fully equipped kitchenette, with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, is ideal for those who prefer homemade cuisine. Two tranquil bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed swathed in luxurious linens, ensure restful nights. The shared bathroom, featuring a tub, is a serene retreat. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The laundry space is shared between all units. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat. While there is no public transportation in the neighborhood, driving or using cab services like Uber is recommended for getting around. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval.
