The open floor plan with cathedral ceilings leads to a spacious deck and the sandy shores of Avon, while surf-themed decor with murals and coastal details creates a modern, beachy vibe. Enjoy direct beach access with a choice between a private path behind the house or a nearby public access, ideal for carrying beach gear. A beach cart, chairs, sun umbrella, and portable corn hole game are included. The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need for a beach holiday, including a brand-new fridge with an ice machine, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, and creamer. Essentials like spices, cooking oils, and a rice cooker are provided, along with a blender, wine glasses, outdoor cups, plates, bowls, BBQ utensils, cooking utensils, knives, a toaster, and a dishwasher. A newly installed water filtration system on the kitchen tap ensures fresh, clean drinking water. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each up to 50 lbs. A pet fee covers standard cleaning of pet hair. If pet hair is found on bedding, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If any waste beyond hair is found, a $200 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home. Additional pet fees will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials are allowed on the property. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by the city without refund. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties. A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations is provided to make your stay as seamless as possible. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available with a unique front door code provided 2 days before your arrival, allowing secure and easy entry at any time. The property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, with a team available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests.
