A newly installed water filtration system on the kitchen tap ensures fresh, clean drinking water. Outdoor living is enhanced with a large porch, a screened-in dining room, and a "widow's walk" rooftop deck. The property offers driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Pet-friendly accommodations are available for one dog up to 60 lbs for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair.
