Essentials like spices, cooking oils, and a rice cooker are provided, along with a blender, wine glasses, outdoor cups, plates, bowls, BBQ utensils, cooking utensils, knives, a toaster, and a dishwasher. A newly installed water filtration system on the kitchen tap ensures fresh, clean drinking water. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each up to 50 lbs. A pet fee covers standard cleaning of pet hair, but if pet hair is found on bedding, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If any waste beyond hair is found, a $200 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in designated areas only.
