Enjoy outdoor living on the large porch, meals in the screened-in dining room, or stunning views from the "widow's walk" rooftop deck. The fully stocked kitchen features everything needed for a beach holiday, including a brand-new fridge with an ice machine, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine with pods, and essentials like spices and cooking oils. A newly installed water filtration system on the kitchen tap ensures fresh, clean drinking water. Convenience is key with an outdoor shower at ground level and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each up to 50 lbs. A pet fee is applied to cover standard cleaning of pet hair. If pet hair is found on bedding, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If any waste beyond hair is found, a $200 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in designated areas, and street parking is not permitted. Situated in the heart of Avon, this home is close to shops, restaurants, and a local grocery store.
