Upon arriving at the building, the 24/7 front desk will be ready to check you into your apartment. If you are arriving by car, there is a small driveway to unload as well as bell carts. Inside the apartment, you will find everything you need to enjoy a nice stay here in Boston. Enjoy a nice comfortable space with large rooms and an in-suite washer/dryer. The building offers a lot of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, gym, lounge, and TV room. This family-friendly building and neighborhood ensure a welcoming environment for all. Parking is not included. Paid parking is available in the building and other parking garages nearby with special rates for MGH patients and visitors. In the West End neighborhood, you will find plenty of parks, recreation, shops, restaurants, and groceries all right next door. Popular spots include J. Pace and Sons Deli Market, Whole Foods Super Market, Charles Street, Cambridge Side Galleria Mall, Boston Public Market, and Boston’s world-class hospitals like Massachusetts General Hospital. Boston’s world-class universities such as MIT and Harvard University are just a subway stop away. Due to the close proximity to the hospital, rare brief disturbances from emergency vehicles may arise. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the unit and within 25 ft of the building. Parties and events are prohibited. If arriving after 10:00 p.m., please make special arrangements in advance. No additional sheets, towels, or one-time-use supplies will be provided after the initial starter kit. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to, with access restricted at 11:00 a.m. on the allotted checkout date. Late departure may result in late fees. Unauthorized guests or subletting are prohibited. Violations of the no-smoking and no-parties policy may result in immediate termination without refund.
