This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers a comfortable retreat with beautiful views of Lake Windsor. This two-story home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The main living room features reclining sofas, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, flowing into a dining space for 8 and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs, the game room boasts a pool table, a large sectional, a projector for movie nights, and a kitchenette. Outside, enjoy the screened-in porch and deck with stunning lake views, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit. This pet-friendly home welcomes dogs with a fee of $90 per dog, and cats are also permitted with a fee of $400. A pack 'n play is available for guests. The Ubuntu is ideally situated just 2 miles from the world-class OZ Trails Bike Park and miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. It's also 4 miles to Highlands Golf Course, 5 miles to Blowing Springs Park, and 3.5 miles to Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Explore nearby Lake Ann, Mildred B. Copper Memorial Chapel (3 miles away), or head to Downtown Bentonville (8 miles away). Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee required prior to arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket, and amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and cards cannot be issued on those days; please message guest services at least 5 business days prior to your stay.
