The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, a drip coffee maker, and tea. All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens, and a comfortable duvet. Big windows provide natural light, and blackout curtains are available in the bedrooms. Onsite washer and dryer are provided for your laundry needs, and there is plenty of parking on the driveway and front yard. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night for more than 5 guests, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no parties and no smoking policy with a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban. Guest access is granted via a door code.
