Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. The apartment is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
