This condo includes one free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car, complimentary coffee, pool access, sky lounge access, indoor lounge access, gym access, and six EV charging stations. The pool is heated only during the winter months. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
