Relax in the spacious living room, which features a couch, rug, mirror, TV stand and TV, coffee table, accent chair, plants, and artwork, as well as a desk and lamp for your convenience. The apartment includes one bathroom, equipped with a toilet, full shower, sink and vanity, mirror, and towels. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs and no aggressive breeds are allowed. Mailbox access is available upon request with a refundable key deposit of $35. Located just six miles south of Wilmington, New Castle is a quiet, unique city in the northern portion of the state. With a small population of just over 5,000, this 3.5 square-mile town is a great place to live, play, and work. The community is known for its abundance of historical buildings, some dating as far back as the 1600s. The Delaware Historical Society has preserved the town's rich history, giving residents an environment that radiates timeless charm. The city’s position along the Delaware River provides excellent views over the water, particularly from New Castle Battery Park. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and it must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly. The property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks may occur, and in case of emergency maintenance, access may be required if you cannot be reached. Mailbox access processing can take up to 24 business hours.
