The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Each room is designed for comfort, with fresh linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. Please register your pets upon arrival at the office, located at the back of the complex near the swimming pool. Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this townhouse is steps from Sea Turtle Marketplace with grocery stores, restaurants, and a theater. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away, and Shelter Cove is 2 miles away. As a guest, you’ll also have access to the onsite pool. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
