Just steps from Big Kahuna’s Water Park, shopping, and dining, and a short drive to the beach, this charming retreat puts the best of Destin within easy reach. The condo features a spacious and cozy open living area with inviting decor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with all cooking essentials. A dining table seats up to four guests, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided on a first-come basis. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet, and certain breeds are restricted. A pet registration form and up-to-date rabies vaccination details are required. A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and an additional fee of $100 per unauthorized guest per night will apply. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges of $100 per hour. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. The air conditioning is available year-round, and the thermostat should not be set below 74 degrees during the spring and summer months to prevent system freeze.
