This spacious and cozy condo features two bedrooms, an open living area, and inviting decor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a dining space that seats up to four guests. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided on a first-come basis. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. Pets must weigh under 25 lbs each, and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag on the premises. Explore the best of Destin with nearby attractions such as Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, Henderson Beach State Park, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional fee. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking. Parties and special events are not allowed unless approved by management. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fee per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to avoid fines or eviction. Pets brought without disclosure will incur a $500 fine per pet. Use of community amenities is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
