The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, with a dining table for four by the windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, and utensils, perfect for enjoying meals together. The bedroom offers a memory foam king bed with twin trundle beds underneath, and a Roku-enabled TV for entertainment. The bathroom includes a shower and tub, soft towels, and ample space to get ready. A full washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A pet fee of $50 is required for stays that include a house-trained pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out, and are not permitted on furniture. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA are subject to the pet fee. Located less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, this condo is close to Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. The Gulf Terrace Condominiums offer electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts, making it easy to top off your battery just steps from your door. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10pm, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. As a bottom unit, there is potential for noise from the top floor. Guests under 25 must obtain approval before booking, and one-night bookings for ages 25 and younger are not allowed. Checkout is at 10AM, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex due to HOA restrictions. Any issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for damages. Violations of house rules or terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund.
