The complex provides convenient access with two entrances, one leading directly onto Destin’s main highway and the other onto a side street with a stoplight, perfect for avoiding traffic during busy times. This first-floor unit may experience noise from neighboring units, as it is part of a shared building. A 10PM noise ordinance is in effect, prohibiting excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted, with HOA towing fees applying for violations.
