Inside, you'll find a clean and budget-friendly rental space with a memory foam king bed, two twin trundle beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a loveseat, complemented by a large Roku TV with Cox Cable. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, and more, perfect for cooking meals. A breakfast bar and dining table offer seating with a lake view. The condo also includes a half bath, a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a stackable washer and dryer for convenience. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per stay, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. The community offers charcoal grills for outdoor cooking. While not beachfront, the condo's driving proximity to everything Destin offers is unbeatable. Less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track, you'll live like a local. The gated community features three community pools, freshly resurfaced tennis courts with pickleball lines, and electric vehicle charging stations. This is a second-floor unit with no elevators available. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, and noise ordinances are enforced at 10 PM. The condo is video monitored outdoors for security purposes. Any stay with a pet must be disclosed when booking, and ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, while ESA are subject to the pet fee. Checkout is at 10 AM, with additional charges for late departures. The condo provides a comfortable environment for remote work, with ample natural light and a cozy atmosphere. A laptop computer is not included.
