Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. All stays with house-trained pets must be disclosed at booking, as a $50 pet fee applies. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. A pack and play and a high chair are available for tiny travelers. Located just ¾ mile from public beach access and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, family activities, and shopping, it’s the perfect Destin getaway. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances: the main entrance takes you directly onto Destin’s main highway, while the side entrance lets you exit onto a side street with a stoplight. This is a condo in a building with shared walls with other units, so there is a potential for noise. A 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect.
