This is a condo in a building with shared walls with other units, so there is a potential for noise. A 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
