The bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with an abundance of pillows and two memory foam twin trundle beds underneath. A dresser and ample closet space with hangers are provided. The Roku TV in this room also offers standard cable. The bathroom offers a shower and tub, soft towels, and plenty of space to get ready in. A stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances. The main entrance takes you directly onto Destin’s main highway, while the side entrance lets you exit onto a side street with a stoplight. This is a condo in a building with shared walls with other units, so there is a potential for noise. A 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Check-in time is 4 pm CST, and check-out is 10 am CST. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex; HOA towing fees apply for any violations. [SI]
