Parking is available, and please ensure your parking tag is clearly displayed at all times to avoid towing. This service must be booked directly. This apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Enjoy a walkable lifestyle with premier shopping at Fashion Center at Pentagon City just steps away. You're surrounded by top-rated dining, and just two Metro stops from the National Mall and Smithsonian Museums. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City & Crystal City Metro Stations, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride or run. A large and modern Whole Foods Market is located right across the street. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and partying on the property is charged a $300 fine.
