The cabin's fully stocked kitchen and outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill make it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. Step into a peaceful haven where each of the 4 inviting bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort. The upper level features a king-size bed and a queen-size bed with a twin trundle, while the main level offers another king-size bed with direct balcony access. The lower level is perfect for kids with a full over full-sized bunk bed and educational toys. The chef’s kitchen boasts high-end stainless appliances, a large island with high seating, and both Keurig and carafe coffee makers. The open floor concept living room includes a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and expansive windows with stunning mountain views. Guests can enjoy shared community amenities, including a heated swimming pool, playground, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for $125 per stay, but no cats, please. Parking is available in the driveway for 4-6 cars, with additional street parking allowed. Nestled in the heart of nature, this cabin is just minutes away from the new Hatley Point Ski Resort, offering year-round adventures. Explore the nearby Big Bald peak along the Appalachian Trail or enjoy cultural experiences at the Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre. For family-friendly fun, visit Zip & Slip for snow tubing or Mars Theatre Brewing Company for craft beers and games. The Mars Hill Recreation Park provides walking trails and picnic areas, while local dining options include Stack House, The Wagon Wheel, and Rio’s Mexican Kitchen. Conveniently explore the area by car or use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. There is a security camera located in the front driveway for added security. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations are grounds for termination of the stay. Guests are required to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation and sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage reported before check-out. The cabin includes a dedicated workspace in one of the upper-level bedrooms, equipped with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work-friendly stays. A laptop computer is not included.
