No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact management before booking.
