Guests and tenants have access to a shared laundry area for their convenience. The Granite Dells neighborhood in historical Prescott is renowned for its stunning rock formations and natural beauty. With easy access to hiking trails, Watson Lake, and panoramic views, the neighborhood provides a tranquil escape that blends the charm of historical Prescott with the rugged allure of the Dells. Just minutes away from historic downtown Prescott, local shopping, and restaurants, the Granite Dells neighborhood offers both relaxation and exploration opportunities in a stunning natural setting. The Rock House is situated in a unique and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by neighbors who each reside on their own lots. Nearby residences include a prefabricated home and another property located behind the main Rock House. The home was built in the 1930s, with a solid 1ft concrete wall, with a completely separate entrance. The structure has no connecting doors or windows. The entrance is onto the same porch area but that is reserved for guests of this house. The barbeque and side areas are also dedicated to this house. Additionally, guests and tenants have access to a shared laundry area for their convenience. The primary booking guest must be 23 years of age and must be physically staying at the property. The primary guest is responsible for all guests. A deposit can be up to $200 and will be required at booking or at least one week before arrival. The deposit will be requested directly through invoice and is fully refundable. Our policy is to return the deposit within 3-5 days of a stay checkout. The deposit will be returned in full if the house is left as found. In addition to possible deposits, we may also perform basic background checks. These checks are of a stoplight nature and no personal information is seen. We request deposits and do background checks to assure and protect the quality of experience for you and future guests.
