It's just steps from Manchester Street, offering numerous restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk, including Urban Chestnut brewery, Atomic Cowboy, and the Ready Room. Checkout is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for any detected smoke smell. Parties or events are absolutely not allowed, and guests accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from their actions, in addition to forfeiting their security deposit.
