The spacious living room is furnished with luxurious furniture and amazing décor, perfect for gathering around the gorgeous fireplace. It opens to the kitchen, allowing everyone to be together no matter what they’re doing. The kitchen is a dream, offering an oversized island, quartz counters, a gorgeous backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up a fresh meal or enjoy some takeout from local restaurants. There are multiple spots available for meals, including a formal dining area, a smaller breakfast area in the kitchen, or barstools at the kitchen counter. The spacious bedrooms contain comfortable furniture and lavish bedding, perfect for a good night’s rest after a fun-filled day. The main bedroom has direct access to the backyard, and the beautiful main bathroom features a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equally amazing with stunning tiles and modern finishes. The fully fenced backyard offers a private oasis with comfy patio furniture under the porch and pergola, as well as seating under the sun. The large swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest beyond the first six. Parking is available in the 2-car garage. Your vacation home is in the highly sought-after Preston Hollow area of northwest Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 12 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also visit AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, and Six Flags Over Texas, both 25 minutes away. For great shopping, The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 5 minutes away. You’ll also be 15 minutes to the entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory, featuring an open-air pavilion for live music, a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. The city has several amazing parks, including Prairie Creek Park, known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers, and Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center, ideal for walking, biking, or hiking. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is for decoration only and should not be used. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances, but it does not record or store sound data.
