Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in the area, this home provides a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The spacious living room is furnished with luxurious furniture and amazing décor, perfect for gathering as a group around the gorgeous fireplace. It opens to the kitchen, which offers an oversized island, quartz counters, a gorgeous backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Plus, it’s fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up a fresh meal or enjoy some takeout from the amazing local restaurants. The backyard is fully fenced in for your very own private oasis, featuring comfy patio furniture, a beautiful pergola, and a large swimming pool. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. Your vacation home is in the highly sought-after Preston Hollow area of northwest Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 12 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first-ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 25 minutes away. For some great shopping, The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 5 minutes away. You’ll also be 15 minutes to the entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory, featuring an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. The fireplace is for decoration only and should not be used. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
