Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with a wide selection of spices, utensils, pots, and pans, along with a washer and drying racks conveniently located just off the kitchen. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, vanity, and toilet. The grand dining area boasts 13-foot ceilings and seating for six, while the living room features an original hand-carved fireplace with an electronic insert and a 45-inch TV for entertainment. A dedicated workstation is available for remote work or quiet reading. Parking is available in a private driveway with covered parking. Kid-friendly amenities include a backyard trampoline and sandpit. This centrally located home is perfect for ski season, extended stays, or exploring downtown SLC. Distances to popular destinations include University of Utah (7 minutes), Vivint Arena (12 minutes), Downtown SLC (10 minutes), Snowbird Resort (29 minutes), Alta Ski Area (31 minutes), Solitude Ski Resort (33 minutes), and Brighton Resort (36 minutes). No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animals and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Includes a dedicated workstation for remote work or quiet reading.
