The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. It features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite countertops, and full-size Energy Star GE stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. Parking is available either in the same building underground or in a nearby parking lot. Budget for parking and contact us if you need to reserve one. Each guest has 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send a message in case of anything missing or unclean to ensure a smooth check-in process and comfortable stay. Requests after this timeframe will be postponed until the next day. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. All guests are required to submit government photo ID and email address prior to access. A $500 fine will be charged for each day of your stay if you interact with building staff or maintenance team instead of communicating with us as your host. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. Do not keep any food in the bedroom and trash all food/beverage leftovers outside the apartment.
