Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do want to venture out, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to medium-sized vehicles). No parking on the street in front of the house or you will get towed. Tires cannot touch the sidewalk. Parking at the clubhouse is only allowed while you're using the facilities. Failure to observe might result in fines and towing. We're not responsible for any of these. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
