As a guest of Solterra Resort you receive exclusive access to a community water park with a slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside café, a fitness center, playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, and a lively recreational area. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, the cost is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least one week prior to check-in date otherwise we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request. Located in Davenport, this home is just 12 mi from Disney, 20 mi from Universal Studios, and 16 mi from SeaWorld. A supermarket and several stores are only five minutes away, while Posner Park’s IMAX theater and a variety of dining options sit within a seven-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
