The well-established neighborhood features lots of giant trees lining the streets. The backyard borders public green space with 72 acres of trails and gardens. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (or drive in about 3-5) and enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Dogs must be kept off of all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. Absolutely no parties are allowed. [SI]
