Additional facilities include a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area. Nestled in beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this home is just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. A supermarket is only five minutes away, and Posner Park—with its IMAX theater, shops, and restaurants—is a seven-minute drive. The vibrant streets, bustling nightlife, and diverse dining scene of Orlando are all within easy reach. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is applied for guests who bring up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker.
