This home offers plenty of room to relax and recharge between adventures, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This entire home comfortably accommodates larger groups with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three separate living areas. Each living space offers comfortable seating and a TV, making it easy to gather for movie nights, games, or quiet downtime. One living area features a foosball table. A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games. The kitchen is designed for easy group meals, and a dining area indoors offers space to sit together, while additional dining options extend outdoors. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided. Guests have access to a range of shared amenities within Solterra Resort, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sports courts, and recreation areas. This home is pet-friendly and family-ready. A pet fee and $150 security deposit are applied for dogs under 50 lbs, with written notification and host approval required. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests. The home is ideally positioned in Davenport, with Disney about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios roughly 30 minutes away, and SeaWorld around 25 minutes away. Daily essentials are close by, with a supermarket just minutes from the resort and Posner Park nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The home is situated in Davenport, close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks, Disney Springs™, Old Town, Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®. The area also offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found in violation of any house rules. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
