This home is perfect for spending relaxing evenings with friends and family in the spacious open-layout living and dining area or barbequing in the relaxing yard. With ocean views from every room except the bathrooms, this residence features hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 50” TV, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Enjoy the large deck with ocean view and the backyard patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Two window AC units provide comfort, one in the living room and one in a bedroom. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Guests are allowed to smoke outdoors only. Smoke smell inside the home will incur a fine for smell remediation. Situated on the border of Sunset Cliffs and Point Loma, this location is sure to impress. Sunset Cliffs is an affluent coastal community in the Point Loma area of San Diego, bordered by the Pacific Ocean, Ocean Beach, Catalina Blvd., and Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Point Loma is known for Cabrillo National Monument, Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, and Liberty Station with its restaurants and shops. Nearby Shelter and Harbor islands offer delicious seafood eateries. For live music, Humphreys Concerts by the Bay is a great venue. Rent kayaks or boats to enjoy concerts from the water. Guests must sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
