The building was constructed with sensitivity to energy consumption and environmental issues, including natural ventilation and extensive natural light. No parties, birthday parties, or any sort of party gathering is allowed. Noise or loud music at any time during your stay will result in cancellation of your stay. The apartment is equipped with noise detectors to stay in compliance with the city ordinance. No smoking is allowed on the premises; a $500 fine and immediate cancellation will result if violated. Quiet times are from 9 pm to 9 am. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or partying. Max guest capacity is 5 for this 2-bedroom apartment unless agreed upon before check-in (additional guests may be accepted for an extra fee), and violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their IDs. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. While every effort is made to maintain a clean environment, guests should expect that pet hair may be present on furniture or in common areas.
