The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. Stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment. Only 2 parking spots are included. There may be additional parking in garages or street nearby. Details will be given during check-in instructions. If you’re considering staying here, you’ll find yourself in a vibrant and dynamic area with a lot to offer. Downtown Phoenix is known for its lively, urban atmosphere. You'll experience a blend of modern skyscrapers, historic buildings, and a bustling street life. The area is home to several cultural attractions, including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, and the Arizona Science Center. There are also various theaters and galleries. You’ll have access to a wide range of dining options, from upscale restaurants to casual eateries. The nightlife scene is vibrant with numerous bars, lounges, and live music venues. Nearby you’ll find several shopping options, including local boutiques, retail shops, and shopping centers like the CityScape Phoenix. There are several parks and green spaces in and around downtown, such as Civic Space Park. Public transit options like the Valley Metro Light Rail make it easy to get around. The area is also bike-friendly and walkable, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The Phoenix Convention Center is nearby, making it a convenient location if you're in town for a conference or business event. The neighborhood features a mix of historic charm and modern development, reflecting Phoenix’s growth and cultural evolution. Guest verification is required to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the unit (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $500. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
