The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Only 1 parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. There are several parks and green spaces in and around downtown, such as Civic Space Park. Public transit options like the Valley Metro Light Rail make it easy to get around. The Phoenix Convention Center is nearby, making it a convenient location if you're in town for a conference or business event. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, though you may occasionally notice a few small bugs due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat. The apartment includes an office desk and chair, making it suitable for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
