The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, coffee table, and a 10-in-1 combo game table with hockey, foosball, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, chess, card games, checkers, bowling, and backgammon. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. Only 1 parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or on the street nearby. Details will be given during check-in instructions. Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees. 1 - 7 nights is $20 per pet per night, 8 - 29 nights is a $200 flat rate, and 30 nights or more is a $300 flat rate. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found. Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s) and do not notify us beforehand, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. Includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. [SI]
