Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy, but connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur.
