Upstairs, there are two king master bedrooms, one with a private bath and walk-in closet, and another with a balcony featuring southern rocking chairs and a hammock. The entertainment area boasts a heated pool, a decorative outdoor kitchen, a natural gas firepit, and games like ping-pong and cornhole. The "Martini Bar" offers additional entertainment with a 65” ROKU TV, a custom dart board, and a convertible gaming/dinner table. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a walking path and hammocks for relaxation. Conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport, "The Charleston" is just 15 minutes from major entertainment venues like The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets. You'll be within cruising distance to Scenic Hwy. 30A and other Destin hotspots. Enjoy boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and fishing charters in the Gulf of Mexico, all moments from the home. The home next door is currently undergoing reconstruction, which may result in some noise during city-permitted construction hours. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Unregistered guests, house parties, and excessive noise after 10 PM are not permitted. The golf cart requires a completed waiver and is not available for uninsured drivers or those under 25. No street parking is allowed, with a maximum of four vehicles in the driveway. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Immediate notification of any issues during your stay is required to ensure a positive experience.
