This spacious 1-bedroom apartment offers inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit is uniquely designed with custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, when available, for additional fees. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path, connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, and is just a short walk away. You are also steps from Whole Foods, making it easy to take advantage of the full kitchen. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles, Old National Centre is 0.3 miles, Phoenix Theatre is 0.5 miles, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.5 miles away. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent nearby. This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
