This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Situated in the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, which will result in police being called. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival, ensuring easy check-in and check-out.
