Step outside and discover a serene oasis surrounded by trees, featuring an Amish-built swing, a cozy fire pit, and total tranquility. Comfortable mattresses are provided in all bedrooms. Up to two pets are welcome with prior approval for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Conveniently, this home is located less than 10 minutes away from Clay’s Park Resort, which features a swimming lake and a variety of fun activities for kids. Clay’s Park also hosts concerts throughout the year. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages. No underage consumption or drugs are permitted. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
