To ensure a restful night's sleep, comfortable mattresses are provided in all bedrooms, catering to both business travelers and families seeking a relaxing stay. Pets are welcome with prior approval, with a maximum of two dogs allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt submission. The pond on the property is shallower and not meant for fishing or swimming, but the Erie Canal, less than half a mile away, is great for fishing. Smoking outside is permitted, but smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, with a fee structure for additional pets. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and potential reservation cancellation. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am will result in a $500 fine. Late checkout without prior notice will incur a $150 charge.
