Enjoy a bonus game room filled with a plush sectional, large Smart TV, Pop-A-Shot Basketball game, Foosball, and a classic Golden Tee golf arcade game. The kitchen offers full-sized appliances, dishes, cookware, a Keurig, and a nice open feel. The back home kitchen boasts a dining table, seating at the breakfast bar, full stainless appliances, dishes, cookware, and a FlexBrew coffee maker for regular brew and Keurig for coffee connoisseurs alike. The laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen area. Snag a fantastic deal on a street-legal six-passenger golf cart by inquiring when booking to reserve yours. Pool and spa heating is a great add-on for those chilly nights, so we recommend asking about our seasonal pricing for your trip. The driveway can accommodate up to five vehicles and the golf cart if rented. We are pet-friendly with a one-time $200 fee, which includes emotional support animals. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this, and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Golf cart rentals and pool and spa heating are not included in your stay. Inquire for pricing for your trip. Located right in the heart of Crystal Beach, some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only a block away from the home. Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. We highly recommend snagging a discounted golf cart rental for your stay. Our city also offers Uber and Lyft as well. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. A remote work-friendly environment is available with Wi-Fi access throughout the property, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.
