Two guest bedrooms each contain a comfortable queen memory foam bed. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV, with an attached private bathroom. Two off-street parking spaces are available. This pet-friendly home can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee, with some exceptions allowed (please inquire). The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and not a puppy under 1 year. Additional charges apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). This peaceful cottage is located in the historic and charming West King district. Popular local spots like Back 40 Urban Cafe and Bog Brewery are just around the corner. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 3-5 minute drive away, and the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach are a 10-minute drive from the home. St. Augustine offers flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment, with attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum just minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the House Rules written and posted in the house.
