The deluxe foldout sofa bed in the living room is designed for comfort. Several different styles of pillows are provided to satisfy any sleeper. There is a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the master bedroom, each with multiple streaming services installed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals. In addition to the great living space, the condo complex itself is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable: There is an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, and the whole theater can be reserved if you want to host a private screening. There is a large rooftop patio that has great ambient lighting and lounge chairs. It has a huge hot tub that is open year-round, along with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. There is a large common area where the HOA often hosts free dinners and fun events for anyone staying in the building. The gym is open 24 hours and is well stocked with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment. Parking is free and is in a secure ground-level parking garage. One parking space is free, but let us know ahead of time if you need a second space and we'll reserve one for you, upon availability. This is located in an extremely walkable area of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes of the door.
