The condo is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory gel mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory gel mattress. The living room includes a deluxe queen sofa bed, designed for superior comfort. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large TVs featuring multiple streaming services. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals. The condo complex offers a variety of amenities, including a large fitness center with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment, available 24 hours. Parking is free and available in a secure ground-level parking garage, with one space provided. Additional travel cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for an additional cost upon request. Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee per pet. This condo is located in an extremely walkable area of downtown Salt Lake City, close to restaurants, shops, cafes, and parks. A light rail stop and several bus stops are within a block, providing easy access to transportation. The building features an indoor movie theater that screens free movies periodically and can be reserved for private screenings. There is a large rooftop patio with ambient lighting, lounge chairs, a hot tub open year-round, and an outdoor fireplace with beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. A common area hosts free dinners and events. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at any time; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly to avoid forfeiting the damage deposit. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. The video game console does not come with games.
