The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare a big breakfast before a day of adventure. Outside, soak up the Florida sun in the hammock or enjoy the beautiful putting green. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and host approval. A pet fee applies, and we allow one house-trained dog under 50 lbs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Propane for the grills is provided by guests, and a propane tank is available for refilling during your stay. Located in the heart of Boynton Beach, everything you need is at your fingertips. Enjoy world-class dining options just a couple of miles away, or explore the Old Florida charm with amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. Discover canopy-covered walkways leading to Oceanfront Park, and enjoy easy access to shops along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Nearby parks offer opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and relaxing picnics. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Security cameras are installed outside for safety and privacy. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and we can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No third-party bookings are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. Parking is limited to two vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue fines for rule violations.
