The home includes a shared washer and dryer with the downstairs unit, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an outdoor hammock and seating, an outdoor shower, and a putting green for fun and relaxation. Kick back in the roomy family room, complete with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone to relax together. Enjoy the Florida sunshine while lounging in the hammock or gathering with friends in the outdoor seating area. Pets are welcome with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Propane is provided by the guests for the propane grills. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but it cannot be guaranteed that the tank will be full upon arrival. You’ll have everything you need right at your doorstep. When you feel like venturing out, a variety of excellent dining options are just a few miles away, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Discover the classic charm of Boynton Beach! Stroll along Ocean Avenue, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and unique boutiques. Oceanfront Park features wide sandy beaches shaded by canopy-covered walkways. For shopping and entertainment, explore the shops along Congress Avenue or visit Renaissance Commons. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Jaycee Park or Gulfstream Park, both offering easy access for canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. There are also shaded picnic spots, playgrounds, and plenty of places to simply unwind and enjoy the scenery. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. A late check-out may result in a fee of up to $300.
