The living room includes a comfortable sectional and a Smart TV with Hulu Live. There is also a reading nook with two snug accent chairs. A pack and play, high chair, and kids' dishes/silverware are provided. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, inquire for pricing. This home is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee for up to two dogs per booking. Only house-trained pets are permitted, and if planned to be left unattended, they must be crated to avoid damage. Located in the heart of Destin, this home is within three short blocks of the beautiful sugar sand beaches and has easy access to Highway 98 for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. There is a noise ordinance after 10pm. A maximum of two house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. There is parking to accommodate up to two vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart. Street parking or blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin to be paid by the guest in violation. [SI]
