The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with on-demand water & ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, a standard coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, and toaster. The dining area offers seating for 6. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in glass door shower with two shower heads. Enjoy a large, private pool in the spacious fenced-in backyard, which can be optionally heated (inquire for pricing). An optional six-passenger golf cart rental is available. This home is pet-friendly, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No noise past 10 PM local ordinance. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup.
