Through the living room, there is also a small patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air. The primary suite features a Queen bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. There is a Queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. Free parking is available for guests. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or exploring local eats, there's something for everyone. Located near the downtown square, one block from U of A, with public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share available. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
