Guests are expected to treat the home as their own and respect the neighbors and local community. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, with an additional charge applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding of snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property. Candles or incense should not be burned in the home, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. All main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Guests must clean off in the shower or bath before using the hot tub, and additional cleaning fees apply if the hot tub requires extra cleaning.
